Driver killed after tractor-trailer overturns in Robbinsville Township

ROBBINSVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (FOX 29) - A person has died after a tractor-trailer overturned in Robbinsville Township Wednesday morning.

The single-vehicle crash occurred shortly before 8 a.m. at Exit 7A on the New Jersey Turnpike.

Police say the truck driver was killed after rolling off the roadway and into an embankment. Officials have yet to identify the deceased.

Heavy delays are expected in the area.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
