Philadelphia area braces for possible 'flash freeze'
PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - For Philadelphia, this weekend's storm will be a mainly rain event. The main concern for residents, then, is the potential for a flash freeze.
Arctic air is expected to rush in Sunday, causing temperatures to plunge. Wind chills are expected to fall below zero degrees between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Drivers should be prepared for wet surfaces to flash freeze as a result.
