Weather Authority: Heat Advisory Monday; oppressive humidity

The Philadelphia area is slated for a hot and sunny week as the region settles into its second heat wave of the summer.

A heat advisory is in effect from noon until 7 p.m. Monday, with real feel temperatures up to 104 degrees.

Storms are expected to return to the forecast midweek, with temperatures in the upper 80s and low 90s expected for the majority of the week.
