ACCT Philly waives cat, dog adoption fees through July 15

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia's Animal Care and Control Team (ACCT) has announced it is waiving cat and dog adoption fees through July 15.

Shelter space is extremely tight in the summer months, also known as 'kitten season,' and this year is no exception.

The shelter hopes that waiving adoption fees helps more loving dogs and cats find their forever homes.

ACCT Philly is located at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue in Philadelphia. The shelter is open Monday through Friday 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
