American Girl opening first-ever outlet store in Pennsylvania

HERSHEY, Pa. (WTXF) - The first-ever American Girl Outlet is slated to open this weekend at the Hershey Tanger Outlets.

A grand opening event will be held on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

To accommodate expected crowds, American Girl has created a ticket system for entry. Tickets will be available at 7 a.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The outlet says it will not offer a doll hair salon or ear piercing during the grand opening, but it plans to give away five $100 gift cards to celebrate the occasion.
