Bizarre photo shows dog disguised by black bathroom rug

(WTXF) - Reddit user damien_shallwenot had a bizarre problem: He lost his five-month-old Yorkipoo in the bathroom.

"I thought my dog was in the bathroom with me, then walked out to look for her," he wrote on Reddit.

To his surprise he couldn't find his dog anywhere in the house.

When he returned to the bathroom he discovered the animal had been there the entire time, but was camouflaged by the black rug.

The dog owner posted the photo to Reddit, and got responses from other users who claimed to have had similar issues.

"This happens with my new black kitty and my black chair," said user JHoNNy1OoO. "After about the third time I finally started checking for his presence.'
