Camel spotted on Route 309 during snowstorm

Souderton, Pa. (WTXF) - Travelers may have spotted an unexpected scene on Route 309 near the Souderton exit during the snowstorm Thursday.

Megan Vogel shared a video on Twitter of a camel along Pennsylvania Route 309, standing in the snow. "[No big deal] just a camel on 309 in a snow storm," she tweeted.

The camel named Einstein was supposed to attend the Jewish Federation's annual Main Event at the Kimmel Center when his ride got stuck in the snow.
