Colorado Man, 87, Becomes Oldest Person to Climb Devil's Tower

(STORYFUL) - A Colorado man reached new heights when he was declared the oldest person to reach the summit of Devil's Tower, Wyoming, on September 13.

Robert, 87, broke the current record of 81, according to a post on the Devil's Tower Facebook page.

Located in Crook County, Wyoming, Devil's Tower is 867 feet from base to summit and was the first designated monument of its kind in the United States.

The post had earned 647 shares and 1,400 likes at the time of writing.
