Delaware school accidentally sends out "Hurt Feelings Report"

WILMINGTON, DE (WTXF)- Parents of some elementary school students in Wilmington, Delaware are pretty upset Thursday morning, after the school accidentally sent out a fake report poking fun at whiners.

This happened at the Lombardy Elementary School in the Brandywine School District.

It's called a "hurt feelings report," and it was accidentally included as an attachment to an e-mail that was supposed to be about an upcoming school event.

The form is basically a bullying report.

The school district told the News Journal that this was an embarrassing mistake, and the satirical form came from a "source external to the school" and is not an official school document.
