Denver Broncos will stand in unity at Sunday's game

The Denver Broncos tweeted a message from their players regarding the controversy over the NFL and kneeling for the National Anthem.

In their message on Twitter they explained that last week, the Denver Broncos joined the NFL in "a powerful display of unity." The team made it very clear that they were not protesting the military, the flag or those who keep us safe.

They go on to explain that our country is not perfect and that inequalities still exist, "We can all do better," they wrote.

The post ends with a message of unity, "We're a team and we stand together… Starting Sunday, we'll be standing together."
