Epic teddy bear toss at hockey game breaks world record

HERSHEY, Pa. (KSAZ) - Fans at a hockey game helped break a world record by tossing nearly 35,000 teddy bears onto the ice.

Fans at a Hershey Bears hockey game on December 2 tossed 34,798 teddy bears onto the ice after the team won their game against Binghamton.

Ali Lanyon shared video on Twitter that shows the epic teddy bear toss.

The Hershey teddy bear toss shattered the previous record of 28,815, set by the Calgary Hitmen in 2015.
