Local couples renew vows just days before Valentine's Day

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) Just days before Valentine's Day, some local couples set an example for everlasting love.

Eight couples re-committed themselves to their partners on Friday, including one couple that has been together for the last 67 years. Cherry Hill Mayor Chuck Cahn officiated the vow renewals at Spring Hills Cherry Hill Assisted Living.

When asked, all of the couples offered similar advice on how to live a long and happy life together. Everyone stated that the most important things to remember are to work out their differences, not to skimp on the romance, and to enjoy each other.
