Man, 19, shot while out sitting on steps

KENSINGTON (WTXF) - An early morning drive-by shooting has a 19-year-old man recovering in the hospital.

Police in Kensington say he was sitting on the steps of an abandoned rowhome with a friend when someone shot him in his thigh.

It happened on the 1800 block of E. Clementine Street at about 1:30 a.m.

The victim is in stable condition.

Police say they don't know if he was the intended target.
