Man accused of flashing woman in Warrington

Warrington, Pa. (WTXF) - Police have arrested a man accused of flashing a woman last month in Warrington. They credit the woman's description of the teen.

Police say 19-year-old Nicholas DeRosa is facing indecent exposure charges after allegedly flashing a 60-year-old woman who went out for a walk in a neighborhood at Oxford Drive and Lisa Drive.

According to police, DeRosa drove up to the victim asking for directions, but she could not hear him at first.

"She got a little closer to the car and he had exposed himself. He wanted her to engage in a sex act." Warrington Township Police Chief Daniel Friel said.

Police say the victim was able to report the NJ tag on DeRosa's car to investigator and later identified him.
