Man arrested in connection to big cheese theft

A man has been arrested in connection to a robbery at GraceKennedy Foods "La Fe" store in Moonachie, New Jersey.

According to police, multiple suspects entered the grocery after hours and stole $160,000 worth of Tastee Cheese products. The incident occurred in September around 11:30 P.M.

After a two-week investigation, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Investigations Squad and the Moonachie Police Department have identified Darluis J. Ortiz as the individual responsible for the theft.

The investigation is still active and ongoing.
