Man found not guilty in stabbing of Philadelphia councilman

A man has been found not guilty in the stabbing of a Philadelphia councilman last year.

Prosecutors argued 25-year-old Shawn Yarbray stabbed David Oh in a botched robbery attempt last May. They say the councilman picked Yarbray out of a line up days after the stabbing. However, Yarbray maintained his innocence throughout the trial arguing he was at home playing video games at the time of the stabbing.

Oh, elected in 2011, is the first Asian-American elected to office in Philadelphia.
