Man injured in Wissinoming industrial accident

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Emergency crews responded to a paper recycling plant where a worker was trapped Thursday.

According to police, a 35 year old man was working at the Newman Paper Recycling Plant on the 6100 block of Tacony Street in Wissinoming.

The man sustained a leg injury while operating machinery.

He is currently listed in stable condition.
