Man reported missing after Made in America found

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - An Oregon man who was reported missing in Philadelphia following the Made in America Festival Sunday has been found.

Police say Nelson Armstrong, 19, has been safely reunited with his family.

Armstrong was reported missing late Sunday night after the Festival, when he was separated from his friends.

Police thanked the public for their assistance.
