Man sentenced to 8 years in prison after fatal car crash
NEW JERSEY (WTXF) - The man responsible for a fatal New Jersey car crash has been sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Rashad Caswell, 31, from Philadelphia pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter after the car he was driving crashed and killed a woman on the Atlantic City Expressway back in 2015.
Police say he and a woman he was with were on the expressway when the car crashed over a guardrail and hit a tree.
The woman in the crash was 27-year-old Sierra Goodman from Sharon Hill who died on the scene.
