KENSINGTON (WTXF) - The search is off for a 7-year-old boy who went missing in Philadelphia Monday.
Cloud Cram went missing around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, but was found my police "safe and sound" around 8:45 p.m.
Police first went searching for him when didn't come home from Willard School.
