PA Liquor Privatization Bill Passes in Senate

The Pennsylvania Senate passed a liquor privatization bill that could also help end the budget stalemate.

The measure allows restaurants, hotels and some grocery stores to sell up to four bottles of wine.

However, the bill could face problems in the house where republicans favor a stronger privatization measure.

Supporters say the measure, would improve state-owned stores, but critics say it'll put state stores out of business.

Governor Tom Wolf supports the measure.
