Philadelphia Police ask for help locating missing, endangered man

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing, endangered man.

Police say 27-year-old Robert Campbell was last seen June 11 about 3:30 p.m. on the 3800 block of Spring Garden Street.

Robert is described as 5'2" and 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and dreadlocked black hair. He is said to be of a small build. Campbell was last seen wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt, red sweatpants and sneakers.

Campbell is said to suffer from poor mental health.
