Police: 1 dead, another injured in North Philadelphia shooting

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Police are investigating following a deadly double shooting in North Philadelphia.

Just before 11 p.m. on Friday, officers responded to the 3000 block of North 10th Street, where they found a 41-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

A second victim was found at Percy Street and Glenwood Avenue. The 38-year-old man sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his foot, buttocks and thigh. He was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation.
