Police investigate possible abduction in Chestnut Hill

CHESTNUT HILL (WTXF) - Police are asking for the public's help after reports of a possible abduction in Chestnut Hill.

Around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, officers responded to the 7800 block of Stenton Avenue. A witness informed police that they saw a man force a woman into a black vehicle from the rear of the apartment complex.

Police surveyed the area with negative results.

Authorities are asking for the public's assistance locating the vehicle and persons depicted in surveillance video.
