Police: Man aims shotgun at neighbors,barricades himself inside home

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police say a man has barricaded himself inside a home on Pentridge Street.

The barricade was declared shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday.

According to police, during an argument among neighbors a man pulled a shotgun out and aimed it at the neighbors. He then went back inside the home.
