Police search for man wanted in stabbing of Uber driver
KENSINGTON (FOX 29) - Philadelphia police say they are searching for a man wanted for stabbing an Uber driver on the 3500 block of in Kensington.
It happened on Feb. 15 around 5 a.m.
According to police, a 55-year-old Uber driver was sitting in a vehicle waiting for someone when a man began stabbing him in the chest.
When the victim was able to flee the vehicle, he went toward 3300 Kensington Avenue where he notified police. The victim was transported to Temple hospital where he was treated and is listed in stable condition.
