Police search for missing 14-year-old girl from West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Police are asking for the public's help locating a 14-year-old girl missing from West Philadelphia.

Phebe Clark was last seen at 8 p.m. on Friday on the 5900 block of Walnut Street.

Police describe Clark as 5-foot-3, 122 pounds with a medium build, brown eyes and black wavy hair that falls below the shoulder. She was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket and green boots.
