Police searching for missing 80-year-old man

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing 80-year-old man who has not been seen since last night.

Alphonse Stanek was last seen on the 1100 block of Ritner Street in South Philadelphia around 7 p.m. on Saturday night.

Police say Stanek suffers from dementia.

Officials describe Stanek as 6 feet, 2 inches, 205 pounds. He was last spotted wearing a grey jacket, tan pants, black velcro shoes and a black snow cap.

Anyone with information on Stanek's whereabouts is urged to contact Philadelphia police.
