Police searching for suspects after violent robbery in Northeast Philadelphia

Police are looking for two men who robbed a mini market in Northeast Philadelphia last week.

The robbery occurred around 8:30 p.m. on May 26 when two men reportedly attacked a Felipe's Mini Market employee located at 5200 Montour Street.

Police have released images from the store surveillance footage showing one suspect with a knife attacking the employee.

Investigators say one suspect placed a knife to the employee's throat and dragged him to the front of the counter. The offenders reportedly demanded money from the cashier and received an undisclosed amount of money. Both suspects then fled and were last seen south on Montour Street.

If you see these suspects no not approach them and call 911 immediately.

Officials urge anyone with information about the attack to call police.
