Police: Suspect sought in sex assault at Camden home
CAMDEN, N.J. (FOX 29) - Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault in Camden, New Jersey.
The incident occured shortly before 1 p.m. on Friday when a man allegedly knocked on the door of a home on the 700 block of Royden Street.
A woman reportedly let the suspect inside upon answering the door. Once inside, police say the suspect brandished a knife, took cash, a tool box and a phone from the victim and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the scene.
The suspect is described as a 5-foot-8 Hispanic man who weighs around 150 pounds. He has short, black curly hair and a full beard that was neatly trimmed. He was seen wearing a blue and white long-sleeve dress shirt with dress pants.
