Police: Woman tried to burn 'thin blue line' flag at Philly Pride Parade

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A woman was arrested after she allegedly attempted to set what police describe as a "thin blue line American flag" on fire while in a crowd gathered for the Philadelphia Pride Parade on Sunday.

Ryan Segin, 18, was arrested shortly after 12 p.m. at 12th and Locust Streets.

Segin, of Woodbine, New Jersey, was charged with attempted arson, risking a catastrophe and related offenses.
