Ramp from 42 Freeway to I-295 north back open

BELLMAWR, N.J. (WTXF) - The ramp from the 42 Freeway to I-295 north, where a tractor-trailer flipped and blocked traffic, is open again.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly reported the truck was carrying orange juice, which spilled, along with fuel.

Crews put down sand to help clean up the road.
