Shooting in Nicetown kills 1 man, injures teen
NICETOWN (FOX 29) - A double shooting claims the life of one man and injures a teenager.
Authorities say police responded to the 4300 block of Germantown Avenue Saturday, just before 3:45 p.m.
Police arrived to find two males suffering from gunshot wounds. A 26-year-old man was shot multiple times in the chest and stomach. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he died from his injuries.
A second victim, a 17-year-old teen, was shot once in the hip. He was transported to Temple Hospital and listed in stable condition.
Police are actively investigating. No weapon has been recovered and no arrests have been made.
