SWAT team ends overnight barricade situation

PORT RICHMOND (WTXF) - A police barricade situation that took about two hours overnight has come to a safe conclusion.

It all started at about 2am with reports of someone armed with a gun, holed up in a home in the 3000 block of Aramingo Avenue in Port Richmond.

The SWAT team had been communicating with a woman inside. They swarmed the place and got her out, but there was still a man inside.

Eventually, they took him into custody.
