TMZ: Jay Ajayi sued for trashing mansion, allegedly pushing owner

LOS ANGELES (WTXF) - TMZ reports that Philadelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi rented a mansion off the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles after the Eagles won the Super Bowl but is now being sued for $25,000 worth of damages to the house.

The owner says Ajayi broke the no parties rule and threw three during their stay--adding he broke a table-- scratched the floors and violated the no smoking policy, according to TMZ.

TMZ also reports when the owner approached Ajayi about the cost of damages Ajayi, "pushed [him] on [his] chest in a menacing and threatening manner."

A rep for Ajayi told TMZ that the lawsuit is bogus and that Ajayi never pushed the owner and that they did pay the full rate .

The Eagles do not have a comment on the allegations at this time.
