Tractor trailer overturns, snarls traffic on I-95

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Crews are responding to the scene of a crash on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia involving an overturned tractor trailer.

The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of the highway near Cottman Avenue around 10:30 a.m.

SKYFOX was over the scene where the truck overturned, and another vehicle appears to have struck the back of the truck after the crash.

Multiple lanes were blocked, snarling late morning traffic in both directions
