Two Arrested in Police Impersonation Case
PHILADELPHIA - WTXF - Philadelphia Police have made two arrests in the case from late last month of a pair of people impersonating police officers in order to commit robberies in South Philadelphia.
Terrance Jacobus, 48, and Kelli Rowan, 28, were arrested Wednesday and charged with: Impersonating, Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy, Theft and related offenses. They were caught after 3 rd district officers identified and searched their vehicle.
Both were taken to South Detective Division.
On November 29, a 21-year-old man told police that a man had identified himself as a police officer in order to steal items from his wallet, including money and ID cards.
