Video: Shooting suspects hide behind tree, ambush victim

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are looking to identify two suspects involved in a shooting in the city's Logan neighborhood last month.

The shooting occurred back on September 28 around 7:10 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Wagner Avenue.

Surveillance video of the incident shows two unknown suspects parking a 2008-2012 Ford Escape SUV and exiting the vehicle. One of the suspects then hides behind a tree, waiting for the victim to arrive.

As the victim approaches the hidden suspect, police say the suspect appears from behind the tree and shoots the victim one time in the right arm.

Both suspects can then be seen fleeing the scene, and were last seen on Wagner Avenue, and then heading south on Old York Road.

Police have described both suspects as black males, both wearing black t-shirts, and blue jeans.
