Video shows dog relaxing as owners bury him in snow

If you want to know what happiness looks like, look no further than this dog buried up to his head in snow -- and loving every minute of it!

The video shows an Alaskan Malamute named Phil calmly sitting still as his owners piled snow on top of him, ultimately leaving just his face visible.

Phil's owners, who run the Instagram and YouTube accounts called "Life with Malamutes," said their dog loves snow and often digs his way into it.

Even though his owners said the snow acts as an insulator when buried in it, Phil didn't stay packed in for too long. He soon got up to play with his sister Niko, shaking off flakes of snow from his thick coat.

According to the American Kennel Club, Alaskan Malamutes have a dense waterproof double coat of fur as part of their adaptation to harsh Arctic temperatures.
