WATCH: Suspect flees after being thrown from rolling truck

BOISE, Idaho (FOX NEWS) - A dramatic high-speed chase in Idaho didn't end even after the suspect was thrown from his rolling pickup truck -- and it was all caught on camera.

The wild scene was captured by police dashcam on a Boise highway. Police say the video shows Jose Manuel-Sanchez speeding on the highway with police in hot pursuit.

The pick-up truck eventually crosses into oncoming traffic before rolling over several times and crashing.

Sanchez, who was ejected from the vehicle, is seen trying to flee before a trooper pulls his gun and makes the arrest.

The incident actually happened last April, but Idaho State Police just released the footage in conjunction with a ceremony to honor two people who helped troopers when the suspect tried to flee.

Sanchez was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
