Nor'easter moves out as temperatures fall

There may not have been a blizzard in Philadelphia but snow, wind and rain all over the region are causing problems and dangerous conditions.

Philadelphia canceled its snow emergency at 1pm.

More than 35,000 customers are without power in New Jersey because of the storm. High winds have Route 38 closed in both directions in Moorestown, N.J., because power lines are down. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission reported some 2,400 customers without power as of 10:30am, scattered but mostly in the Philadelphia suburbs.As for the forecast, Tuesday night will be bitter cold. Watch out for refreezing and black ice.

Tuesday's high is expected to get up to 36 degrees in Philadelphia, with many areas at about freezing for most of the area for most of the day. The overnight low is expected to be 22, and Wednesday's high should only be 29.
