Weather Authority: Hot and humid Tuesday
PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia area is slated for a hotter and more humid Tuesday, with temperatures topping out at 92 degrees.
A few pop-up storms and higher humidity will make for a muggy evening Tuesday, but temperatures will fall back to the 80s by Wednesday.
Tropical Storm Chris continues to present a moderate risk of rip currents in our area. Beaches in the Maryland area will face a higher risk than those in New Jersey.
Temperature will remain in the 80s, with lots of sunshine, for the remainder of the week.
