4 hurt when car hits house

NORTH PHILADEPHIA (WTXF) - People in North Philadelphia got quite a scare when a car jumped the curb and slammed into their home.

It happened just before 10pm Sunday in the 1600 block of N. Bouvier Street.

The car finally came to a stop in front of the house but only after hitting the steps and knocking down the railing.
