All clear given after car with multiple gas cans found in parking garage

Philadelphia police have given the all clear after investigating a suspicious car in Center City inside a parking garage.

A tipser on the State Police tipline reported the discovery of a car with multiple gas cans inside a parking garage at 16th and JFK Boulevard.
