Cystic Fibrosis sufferer speaks about coming to terms with death
(STORYFUL) - YouTuber and cystic fibrosis sufferer Claire Wineland has opened up about how she has come to terms with death in a new video, uploaded March 2.
In the video, Wineland who is 18 years old and uses an oxygen tube to help with her breathing, explained how she made the idea of her death easier for her family by sitting down with her mother and planning out arrangements, which includes splitting her ashes into three piles and leaving her family members different locations around the world to spread them.
One of the teenager's top tips was to remember that life goes on for family and friends. "Life is still going to go on after you're dead," said Wineland. "These people that you love, the people in your life, are still going to be there and still going to mourn you." She also jokingly suggested planning a book of "possible last words."
