First trailer for 'Creed II' released Wednesday

The official trailer for "Creed II" was released on Wednesday morning as fans everywhere patiently wait for the film to debut this fall.

Sylvester Stallone's Rocky Balboa is back on the big screen, once again alongside Adonis Creed, who is played by Michael B. Jordan.

The film, which is set mostly in Philadelphia, is expected to continue to focus on the life of Adonis Creed as he continues to balance everyday life with his professional fighting career.

The description for the trailer reads, "Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what's worth fighting for, and discover that nothing's more important than family. Creed II is about going back to basics to rediscover what made you a champion in the first place, and remembering that, no matter where you go, you can't escape your history."

The first installment of creed grossed nearly $110 million in North America. Creed II will hit theatres November 21.
