Grandma: Teacher forced boy to hang from blackboard by belt

CONYERS, Ga. - A woman says her 5-year-old grandson with special needs was forced into a bizarre and disturbing punishment by his schoolteacher.

She said the principal at the Georgia elementary school found the little boy hanging by a belt from the top of a blackboard.

"He was in distress because he was screaming and hollering," she told WSB-TV. "I don't want those teachers to ever have the privilege to teach again."
