Hank's Take: Rosenstein takes on safe injection sites

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Safe injection sites have been up for debate and discussion in Philadelphia for some time now.

Part of the reason the city never established the sites is because of the uncertainty surrounding a potential response from the federal government.

Some of that uncertainty was cleared up by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in a recent interview.
