Man tried to carjack Good Samaritans after crash on Pennsylvania interstate: police
YORK COUNTY, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police are asking victims and witnesses to come forward after a carjacking suspect was taken into custody for a chaotic tirade this week.

Troopers responded to Interstate 83 in York County for reports of two men fighting around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Timothy Shaw, 50, was taken into custody and found to be under the influence of drugs, according to police, who say drug paraphernalia was also found in his vehicle.

The incident began when Shaw collided with a concrete median, veered off the roadway and crashed through a fence before coming to a stop.
When several Good Samaritans stopped to help him, police say he tried to forcibly steal their vehicles, throwing one victim onto the interstate.
"He then walked onto I-83 and attempted to rob numerous other vehicles that were traveling southbound," state police said.
What's next:
Shaw is facing several charges, including Robbery of a Motor Vehicle, Robbery, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, DUI, Simple Assault, Medical Marijuana Act Violation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Mischief, and other related traffic violations.
Police say they have identified three victims involved in the incident, but are looking for any additional victims or witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to contact them.
