'Operation Santa Claus' Spreads Christmas Cheer to Kids With Special Needs

Christmas came early this year for thousands of children with special needs.

On Dec. 9, non-profit organization Community Mayors held "Operation Santa Claus" at New York City's JFK Airport.

Nearly 4,000 children with disabilities were entertained in a hangar provided by the Port Authority Police while they waited to meet Santa Claus.

After enjoying refreshments and receiving toys, the kids watched St. Nick himself arrive, not on a sleigh but a Delta jet!
